About the work
Inspired by Jazz Bassist Ray Brown. Browndogg plays homage to his namesake’s skill as a pioneering composer and improviser who ushered in a new era of jazz and influenced subsequent generations of musicians, writers, and artists. He was also, along with Dizzy Gillispie, one of the major leaders of the bebop movement.
Artist Subi creates an experimental range of multi-media digital work, which allows him a quicker and broader way of experimentation.
